By booking with me you agree to these terms! Fill out the form Below.
Booking-
Your session is officially reserved once your agreement is signed. This allows me to secure your date and prepare fully for your session.
Payment-
Payment is due 5 days prior to your scheduled session. If you plan to pay with cash or check, please let me know in advance so arrangements can be made.
Gallery Delivery-
Your final, edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery within 2–4 weeks following your session. Each image is carefully edited to reflect my signature style and best quality.
Express delivery is offered for $80 to get your gallery week of the shoot.
Image Usage & Sharing-
By booking a session, you grant Kaptured by Kami permission to use your images on social media, my website, and other marketing materials. You are always welcome to share your photos and enjoy them freely.
Editing & Image Integrity-
The gallery you receive is edited with my signature style, that may develop and change over time. I carefully select and edit the final images to reflect my creative vision. RAW and unedited images aren’t included, and I kindly ask that the final photos not be altered, filtered, or edited further so they stay true to my work.
Session Time-
Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals, and I cannot be responsible for missed images as a result.
Extra time can be added on for $20 per 30 minutes.
Cancellations & Rescheduling-
Life happens, and I understand!
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be communicated at least 5 days prior to the session. Clear communication helps ensure the best experience for everyone!
It's Oklahoma and weather/wind happens, we will discuss what out best options are.

Styling Guide:
My photography style is bright, natural, and full of life. I love using neutral outfits as a starting point and adding one thoughtful pop of color to bring in personality and warmth without overpowering the image. Soft textures, simple layers, and coordinated outfits photograph beautifully and help keep the focus on genuine moments and connection. The goal is for your photos to feel joyful, timeless, and true to you!
